Terms for using AdvimedPro's healthcare billing A.I Agent software and paid case record.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your use of AdvimedPro, a web-based A.I Agent software platform for healthcare billing document organization, administrative screening, case task planning, and workflow tracking.
By creating a case, uploading documents, using the application, or purchasing a paid case record, you agree to these Terms.
Service scope
AdvimedPro helps users organize healthcare billing documents, review administrative billing information, create an A.I Agent screener report, generate a task checklist, track case activity, and receive an administrative outcome report.
The service is limited to non-clinical software workflows for medical billing document organization. AdvimedPro is not a healthcare provider, law firm, insurer, insurance broker, debt settlement company, or emergency service.
No medical, legal, insurance, or financial advice
AdvimedPro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, legal advice, insurance coverage advice, financial advice, or debt settlement advice.
A.I Agent reports, document summaries, follow-up plans, and status updates are for administrative organization only. They should not be treated as a professional determination of coverage, liability, medical necessity, eligibility, or legal rights.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, uploading only documents you are authorized to share, and reviewing all case information before relying on it for administrative organization.
You must not upload documents for another person unless you have permission to assist with that person's billing matter. You must not use AdvimedPro for emergencies, clinical questions, legal disputes requiring counsel, or time-sensitive appeal deadlines without independently contacting the appropriate professional.
Documents and permissions
You may upload medical bills, Explanation of Benefits documents, provider statements, denial letters, collection notices, financial assistance forms, and related billing documents.
By uploading documents, you authorize AdvimedPro to process those documents for the limited purpose of running the administrative workflow, including document classification, billing summary extraction, case planning, and status tracking.
A.I Agent software output
The AdvimedPro A.I Agent is software automation that summarizes documents, identifies missing administrative information, generates screener reports, prepares task checklists, and organizes case activity.
A.I Agent output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, correcting errors, and deciding whether to proceed with any administrative step.
Paid case record
A paid case record is a one-time digital product that unlocks structured software features for a specific healthcare billing document workflow.
Paid features may include an administrative screener report, billing and EOB summary, task checklist, timeline, status notes, and final administrative outcome report. Availability of specific features may depend on the documents and information provided.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another payment processor shown at checkout. The payment processor may collect billing information, tax information, and payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.
Payment does not guarantee a bill reduction, claim approval, provider response, insurer response, collection hold, appeal success, reimbursement, or any specific case outcome.
Refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the paid case record has not been substantially used or completed.
Refund eligibility may be reduced or denied if the paid case record has been substantially used, including document processing, A.I Agent summary generation, task checklist creation, timeline preparation, case record completion, or final report preparation.
Refund requests can be sent to support@hospibird.com with the case email, payment reference, and reason for the request.
Third-party services
AdvimedPro may rely on third-party services for payments, A.I processing, authentication, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and other operational functions.
Third-party services are used only as needed to operate the administrative workflow, but AdvimedPro is not responsible for outages, delays, or actions controlled by third-party providers.
Beta advocate partner registration
During the beta, beta registration may allow AdvimedPro to share your screener report, case details, messages, and uploaded billing or insurance documents with external patient advocate or medical billing advocacy partners so they can review whether they may help with your case.
You must provide the separate beta partner-sharing consent in the app before this registration is accepted. Partner review does not guarantee acceptance, provider response, insurer response, bill reduction, claim approval, reimbursement, or any specific outcome.
Prohibited use
You may not use AdvimedPro to submit false information, impersonate another person, upload documents without authorization, violate privacy rights, request professional determinations, or engage in fraudulent billing or insurance activity.
AdvimedPro may suspend or terminate access if a case appears fraudulent, unsafe, outside the administrative service scope, or inconsistent with these Terms.
No guarantee of outcome
Healthcare billing outcomes depend on providers, insurers, billing companies, collection agencies, plan terms, document availability, deadlines, and user cooperation.
AdvimedPro does not guarantee that any charge will be reduced, removed, appealed, delayed, corrected, reimbursed, or otherwise changed.
Changes to the service
AdvimedPro may update features, pricing, workflows, integrations, product names, and these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
