Privacy Policy

Privacy notes for AdvimedPro's healthcare billing A.I Agent software.

Information we collect

AdvimedPro may store the healthcare billing issue you describe, provider and insurer names, billing company or collection agency details, account or claim last4, dates of service, bill amount, desired outcome, messages, and uploaded healthcare documents.

Demo document examples include medical bills, EOBs, denial letters, collection notices, financial assistance forms, and provider statements.

How we use it

We use case information to run the A.I Agent software workflow, organize the timeline, extract document context, generate administrative summaries, create task checklists, track case record status, and surface user approvals when needed.

AdvimedPro does not provide medical, legal, or insurance advice and does not guarantee bill reduction or claim outcomes.

Storage and deletion

AdvimedPro stores request, message, plan, task, and document metadata needed to operate the A.I Agent software workflow.

Uploaded documents should be limited to what is needed for healthcare billing document organization and administrative workflow tracking.

Third parties

AdvimedPro may use third-party services for authentication, payments, A.I processing, hosting, analytics, support, and email delivery.

When connected, third-party services may process only the information needed to run the administrative workflow.

Beta advocate partner sharing

During the beta, if you choose beta registration after viewing a screener report, AdvimedPro may share your screener report, case details, messages, and uploaded billing or insurance documents with external patient advocate or medical billing advocacy partners so they can review whether they may help with your case.

This partner sharing happens only after you provide the beta partner-sharing consent in the app. External partners are independent third parties and may have their own intake, privacy, and service terms.
